Hi Lewis,
Hope it went well for you at Sheffield today....it can only be better than my day at Royston. It rained all day and in practice I had to swerve to miss a little guy, skidded and landing on my handle bars. The ambulance men thought that I had cracked my hip. I couldn't ride my bike and my Dad spent the rest of the afternoon with me in A&E in Cambridge. Doctor said I'd live to race again and all was OK just very badly bruised. Hope to see you at Bournemouth. Aaron.
