I went on a 4 mile ride today with my dad in the nature reserve and round the lanes outside my house my arm felt a bit better today i even watched smackdown on tv and copied some of the undertakers moves on my sister it was going well until i made her cry and my mom sent me to my room.My dad took some pics il get him to put some on the blog.

hi lewis's dad hehe thanks for them tips that realy helps, if you are going to mansfield this sunday i will see you there as i have been bugging my mum to take me. i wasn't sure if it was still on.
